Daim Masih's Story

Daim is a 5 years old boy who had his colostomy made for Anorectal Malformation present when he was only 6 months old. One year ago, his back passage was formed in another surgery. Now he was advised surgery to reverse his temporary opening for passage of stool – colostomy closure. His surgery was done in Akram Medical Complex on 28-12-18 by Dr Naveed Haider. His colostomy was closed and intestinal continuity was restored. He recovered well in two days of hospital stay and was discharged in good health.
