Tayyba Noor's Story

9 years old Tayyba had her ileostomy (a temporary opening for passage of stools) made after her emergency surgery for Intestinal Tuberculosis (TB) was done. She was advised surgery to reverse this ileostomy. Her surgery was done in Akram Medical Complex on 26-12-18 by Dr. Naveed Haider. Her ileostomy was closed and intestinal continuity was restored once again. She recovered well during 7 days of her hospital stay and was discharged in good health.
