Open Heart Surgery of Muhammad Rohan was Successful
Muhammad Rohan's Story
One-and-a-half-year-old Muhammad Rohan, a resident of Bahawalpur, was born with a congenital heart defect. When his parents noticed his symptoms, they took him to the doctor. Upon consultation, the doctor diagnosed him with Ventricular Septal Defect. The doctor advised Open-Heart Surgery for VSD closure. He was sent to Ittefaq Hospital to get his procedure done by Dr. Muhammad Asim Khan on 07-04-2022. He was kept in the hospital for five days and discharged in satisfactory condition. This surgery was done in collaboration with Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation. Rohan is now better and looks forward to a bright future.
