Muhammad Tanveer Khan, 38 years old, had an accident 5 years ago. He was in a coma for a few days and had a urine bag attached to him. The patient started to complain about bleeding and painful urination once the urine bag (Foley catheter) was removed. His evaluation results revealed that he was suffering from vesical calculus and was advised to get a vesicolithotomy.
