Muhammad Ashraf's Story

Muhammad Ashraf, 62 years old, was suffering from chronic kidney disease (CKD). He was advised to get hemodialysis through an arteriovenous AV fistula formation, but the surgery was unsuccessful. Later on, he was advised a left elbow PTFE graft for hemodialysis. The surgery was conducted by Dr. Ubaid Ullah on 27-07-20 in Lahore Care Hospital. He remained admitted in the hospital for a day and later was discharged with perfect health.
