Muhammad Ali can Walk now
Muhammad Ali 's Story
Ali, a 50-year-old resident of Okara, developed a chronic wound behind his right knee five months ago. Initially, the doctor treated the wound with dressings and symptomatic medications. However, inflammation increased and progressed to gangrene with the passage of time. The doctor had no option besides amputating his right leg above the knee. He needed an artificial right leg to regain mobility and walk again. As he could not afford to pay for an artificial leg, he contacted Hope Rehabilitation Centre and Transparent Hands.
His artificial leg was fixed on 27-01-2023 under the supervision of Dr.Khalid. Ali is now fully independent after learning to walk with his prosthetic leg. Your contributions helped Ali get back on his feet.
