Jasveer’s heart surgery was successful

Jasveer Singh 's Story

Jasveer Singh, aged 2 years, suffered from cyanosis and breathlessness on minimal exertion since he was born. He was also very fragile and lacked energy. On extensive medical investigation, he was diagnosed with multiple heart conditions including Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA), Interventricular Septum (IVS), and Atrial Septal Defect (ASD). The cardiologist advised Senning’s procedure after open-heart surgery for him. For this purpose, Jasveer was admitted to Ittefaq Hospital and the surgery was performed by Dr. Asim Khan on 22.02.2021. He stayed in the hospital for eight days and was discharged in a stable condition. Jasveer is slowly recovering from his major surgery.
