Hussain’s Successful Cardiac Surgery
Muhammad Hussain's Story
One-and-a-half-year-old Hussain, a resident of Sargodha, had been suffering from cyanosis, shortness of breath, and fainting spells. His parents recently noticed his deteriorating health and took him to the hospital. After the diagnostic tests and evaluation, he was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). The cardiac surgeon advised him to undergo open-heart surgery for a bilateral CP shunt. However, the family found themselves in a state of financial distress, desperately needing support. In their quest for assistance, they reached out to Transparent Hands, hoping for a lifeline.
Hussain was admitted to Ittefaq Hospital, Lahore, where his operation was performed by Dr. Asim on 9-03-2023.
