Gulab underwent his eye surgery

Gulab Din's Story

77-year-old Gulab Din’s vision started getting blurry a year ago. On medical consultation, he was diagnosed with bilateral age related cataract (ARC). The ophthalmologist advised cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for the left eye first since its vision was more affected. For this purpose, Gulab was admitted in Ahmed Medical Complex and the procedure was performed by Dr. Muhammad Bilal on 12.12.2020. He stayed in the hospital for one day and was discharged in a stable condition. Post-surgery, his vision has cleared and the eyesight in the left eye has been restored.
