Faizan’s back passage was surgically created

Faizan Ali's Story

Faizan Ali, 7 years old, was diagnosed with anorectal malformation. The doctors conducted a colostomy surgery on him when he was only three days old. Later, he was advised surgery that would enable him to pass stool through the normal passage. For this reason, Faizan was admitted in Akram Medical Complex and his surgery was performed by Dr. Muhammad Bilal Mirza on 04.12.2020. His Abdominoperineal pull-through procedure was carried out and back passage was surgically created. Faizan stayed in the hospital for five days and was discharged in a stable condition. He is in good health now.
