Basharat’s Artificial Arm Got Placed

Basharat Ali 's Story

Basharat, a 15-year-old resident of Okara, experienced a sad incident four months ago. He was working in a field when his right hand and forearm were severely crushed in a thresher machine. He was taken to the hospital in an emergency, but the doctors could not save his arm and had to amputate it below the elbow. They advised him to get a prosthetic limb. The cost of an artificial arm is simply too high for him to afford on his own. He reached out to Transparent Hands for financial help. We registered his case.

He was sent to Hope Rehabilitation Centre, and his artificial arm was fixed on 13-04-2023  under the supervision of Dr.Khalid. Through your kind and generous donations, we have successfully provided Basharat with an artificial arm, giving him an opportunity to live a quality life.
