Tania’s Open Heart Surgery
Tania Asif's Story
Tania suffers from a deadly congenital disease. This disease is a nightmare in itself but what makes her life even more difficult is the fact that she cannot even afford to pay for the treatment. Therefore, we would urge you to please donate for Tania’s Open Heart Surgery.
Tania Asif, a twenty-one-year-old resident of Lahore, has been dealing with a deadly congenital disease for many years. The symptoms include shortness of breath and tachycardia. Upon consultation, the doctors recommended multiple diagnostic tests. When the test results came out, Tania was diagnosed with Transposition of the great arteries (TGA) at the age of thirteen. Tania was born with Dextrocardia, which means her heart is positioned towards the right side of her chest, and this creates complications. Transposition of the great arteries (TGA) is a type of congenital heart defect. In this condition, the two major arteries that carry blood away from the heart aren’t connected as they should be. The doctor advised her to undergo Angiography followed by Open Heart Surgery.
Tania’s father is a laborer with a meager monthly income. They have no financial support from any friends or relatives. They completely depend on their father’s income for their basic needs. In such circumstances and with a family of five to support, it is impossible for them to afford the cost of this procedure.
“I am just 21 years old, but I have been living without hope since I was diagnosed with this deadly congenital disease. I don’t know how long I will be able to survive without proper treatment.”
The family is in extreme despair since her father is the only earner in the family. Your donation can decide the fate of this poor family. A poor family with a lot of expectations is looking forward to your donations. Please donate for Tania’s Open Heart Surgery without any delay.
