Five years old, Seerat Fatima, living in Sialkot, has seen too much in this little time of her life. She has been enduring unimaginable pain since birth. She was born with a Congenital defect of  Anorectal Malformation. Her first surgery was done soon after birth. Her second procedure, ASARP was done through Transparent Hands in January 2021. She fell and damaged her Perineal area. The doctors advised Seerat’s parents for her to undergo a Colostomy Reversal. Seerat’s father works as a laborer and hardly manages to earn enough money to feed his five children. The cost of this surgery is too hefty for him to afford.  Since Seerat’s case was already verified and registered with Transparent Hands, they have come to us for help again. 

Seerat’s parents shared their ordeal in the following manner:

“We were so happy that our daughter’s misery will finally come to an end and she will be able to live her childhood like other normal kids. But, sadly another tragedy happened and threw us into the well of despair. We only had one last hope, and that is Transparent Hands.
