Rukhsana needs your funds for her gallbladder surgery
Rukhsana Atta Muhammad's Story
Rukhsana Atta has been experiencing sharp pain in her abdomen since Eid. During her ultrasound, numerous small stones were discovered in her gallbladder. Rukhsana has been taking pain killers ever since, to lessen the pain because she cannot afford surgery. She is already suffering from hepatitis C and the presence of gallbladder stones are worsening her situation. Rukhsana has started showing symptoms of vomiting and poor digestion as well and requires an immediate surgery.
Rukhsana’s husband passed away in 2003. She has a son who has recently completed his ICS on scholarship and has now got admission in a government university. Her son has not started earning yet and Rukhsana covers the expenses of her family by working at homes as a cleaning lady. However she has been unable to work ever since she started feeling excruciating pain because of the stones. The lithotripsy treatment is too expensive for Rukhsana to pay on her and she has requested for your help.
