Forty-two years old Muhammad Mazhar, living in Lahore, has been enduring the pain and swelling in his perianal region for the last 1 years.  Over time, the swelling turned into an infectious wound and there was discharge of pus. Upon consultation, Mazhar was diagnosed with Perianal Fistula of High variety and he was advised to undergo a Fistulectomey+ Seton PlacementPerianal Fistula of High variety and he was advised to undergo a Fistulectomey+ Seton Placement, which was done with the assistance of Transparent Hands.The doctor has now advised Mazhar for seton tightening for completion of his treatment. Mazhar is unemployed and due to his health condition he cannot work. His brother is the only earner in the family who works at a local shop and supports their family of 13 people. He merely earns PKR. 10000 a month.
