Let’s Fix Faiza’s Deviated Nasal Septum

Faiza Manzoor's Story
Faiza Manzoor, a 27-year-old woman from Hyderabad, Sindh, is struggling with a constant and exhausting challenge—difficulty in breathing through her nose. For the past three months, simple daily activities like talking, eating, and even sleeping have become extremely uncomfortable for her. Desperate for relief, Faiza consulted a doctor at a local hospital. After a careful examination and diagnostic tests, the doctor diagnosed her with a Deviated Nasal Septum (DNS). This condition causes a blockage in the nasal passage, leading to difficulty in breathing. To correct this issue, the doctor advised her to undergo Submucous Resection (SMR). However, the cost of the surgery is out of her financial reach.
Without the necessary surgery, Faiza’s symptoms will likely worsen over time. It may lead to chronic respiratory issues, frequent sinus infections, sleep apnea, and a significant drop in her quality of life.
Faiza lives in a modest home with her husband and two children. Her husband works as a security guard in a private organization and earns a monthly salary of just PKR 13,000. From this limited income, they struggle to manage basic household expenses, including food and utilities. They are surviving in extreme poverty. Saving for this treatment is simply beyond their means.
Faiza shared her heartfelt plea as follows:
“It is a painful condition. Every night, I lie awake, struggling to breathe. I just want to live a normal life and to care for my children without feeling so weak and tired all the time. We can’t afford the surgery on our own. Kindly help us.”
You have the power to make a life-changing difference. Your generous support can help Faiza breathe freely again, sleep peacefully, and live her life with dignity and strength. Let’s work together to bring relief to Faiza’s life and give her the chance she desperately needs.
