Abu Sufyan's Story

Abu Sufyan, a 2-year-old boy from Kasur, has been battling with breathlessness and chest discomfort since birth. His body struggles with even the simplest activities, leaving him tired and weak. His parents watch helplessly as their son gasps for air. Desperate for answers, his parents took him for a medical check-up. After a series of diagnostic tests, the doctor diagnosed Abu Sufyan with pulmonary hypertension and a Large Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), a severe heart condition that affects the flow of blood in his body. The doctor advised VSD closure surgery to prevent further complications. However, his family can’t afford the surgery.

Without this surgery, his condition will worsen. It may lead to severe complications and Abu Sufyan will not be able to overcome the disease.

Abu Sufyan lives in a rented house with his parents and five siblings. His father works at a small shop, earning only 22,000 PKR per month. With this meager income, they barely cover utility bills amounting to PKR 3000, house rent of PKR 7000, and children’s school fees of PKR 3000.  Due to their financial struggles, affording a costly heart surgery is impossible for them. Despite their best efforts, they are left with no option but to seek help from us.

Abu Sufyan’s parents expressed their heartfelt plea as follows:

“Every night, we pray for a miracle for our son. Watching him struggle to breathe is heartbreaking. We just want to save him, but we cannot do it alone. Kindly help us during this difficult time.”

Your generosity can be the miracle Abu Sufyan needs. He deserves a future where he can run, play, and grow up like other children. With your support, we can ensure he gets the life-saving surgery. Stand with us to correct Abu Sufyan’s heart defects. Donate now and save his little heart!
