As she reached her sixth month of pregnancy, Iqra visited a local hospital for a routine checkup. After considering her medical history and current condition, the gynecologist advised her to undergo a Lower Segment Cesarean Section (LSCS) to ensure a safe delivery for her and her baby. This procedure involves making a surgical incision in the lower segment of the uterus. Without it, there could be potential risks to both Iqra and her baby.

Iqra and her husband live in a modest house, and their monthly income of only PKR 10,000 barely covers their basic household needs. Unfortunately, they are unable to bear the expenses associated with the necessary surgery, putting the health and well-being of both Iqra and her baby at risk.
