Forty years old Imran Ahmed, already suffering from epilepsy, living in Lahore, has been enduring the pain and swelling in his perianal region for the last 1 and a half years.  Over time, the swelling turned into an infectious wound and there was discharge of pus. Upon consultation, Imran was diagnosed with Perianal Fistula of high variety and he was advised to undergo a Fistulectomy+ Seton Placement, which was done with the assistance of Transparent Hands. The doctor has now advised Imran for seton replacement/tightening for completion of his treatment. Imran Ahmed is unable to earn a living due to his health condition. His sister is the only earner in the family who works as a teacher at a local school and supports the family. She earns a meager amount of  PKR. 30,000 a month.
