Based on her medical history and current circumstances, the gynecologist advised her to undergo another Lower Segment Cesarean section for safe delivery. Living in a modest house with her husband and two children, Komal faces financial challenges. Her husband’s monthly income of PKR 25,000 barely covers their household expenses.
