Give for Hazrat Bibi’s Total Abdominal Hysterectomy
Hazrat BiBi's Story
Hazrat Bibi, a 51-year-old woman from Lahore, has been experiencing heavy menstrual bleeding for many years. The condition is accompanied by extreme menstrual pain, anemia, and fatigue. She was taking medications for her condition. Unfortunately, her condition became worse over time. Concerned about her health, Hazrat Bibi went to a doctor, who diagnosed her with Adenomyosis. It is a condition in which the tissue lining the uterus grows into the uterine wall, causing potential enlargement of the uterus. The doctor advised Total Abdominal Hysterectomy, a surgical procedure to remove the entire uterus and cervix through an incision in the lower abdomen.
Her condition causes intense menstrual cramps, leading to significant distress and discomfort during her menstrual cycle. She has become frail and always remains tired. She faces difficulty caring for her children and managing her household tasks. She lives in a 2-marla brick house with her large family. Her son, the sole breadwinner in the family, works as an auto driver and brings in just PKR 30,000 per month. With this insufficient monthly income, covering the utility bills of PKR 10,000 and other living expenses of the entire family is significantly challenging for her son. The overwhelming cost of surgery is far beyond their reach.
In this time of need, her family turned to Transparent Hands and asked us to register her case.
Hazrat Bibi said in despair:
“My condition brings me frustration and sadness. I want to get rid of this intense pain and bleeding. All I want is to lead a normal healthy life without any limitations. My son works to the point of exhaustion but his income covers our basic needs only. Please help me in undergoing the necessary surgery.”
Hazrat Bibi’s condition has negatively affected her health and overall quality of life. She is looking forward to your support.
The total Abdominal Hysterectomy surgery will make a significant improvement in her life and ease her pain and discomfort. We urge you to come forward and donate now.
