End Faizan’s wait to undergo Orchidopexy
Muhammad Faizan's Story
Muhammad Faizan, aged three from Lahore suffers from Retractile testicles. Retractile testicle is a testicle moving back and forth between the scrotum and the groin. During fetal development, testicles form in the abdomen and during final months of development, gradually descend into the scrotum. If the said descent isn’t completed at birth, the testicle usually descends within a few months. Signs and symptoms of a retractile testicle include: retraction of testicle from scrotum into the groin, when the testicle may be moved by hand from the groin into the scrotum it might immediately retreat to the groin, the testicle might spontaneously appear in the scrotum and remain there briefly, or it might spontaneously disappear again for some time. The said medical condition can be corrected by Orchidopexy that is a procedure in which a surgeon fixes an undescended testicle inside the scrotum, usually with absorbable sutures. Muhammad Faizan has been advised to undergo B/L Orchidopexy, but the said procedure is financially out of their reach. Faizan’s father shares his grief in the following words.
“I am a salesperson at a shoe shop and my wife is a seamstress. We earn an aggregated amount of PKR. 8000 per month and we have to pay off, PKR. 35,000 worth of debt too. We live with my father. My son’s medical issue since birth has created much worry for us. Now that the doctors have advised surgery to my son, I can not afford it. After connecting with transparent hands I have some hope for him now.”
Luckily, now that Muhammad Faizan and his family have been connected with Transparent Hands, you can make this procedure possible. Generously, donate for Muhammad Faizan’s B/L Orchidopexy. He needs your support for leading a normal life.
