Muhammad Nadeem Nazir's Story

For the past three years, 40-year-old Muhammad Nadeem Nazir from Khanewal has been living with constant pain and swelling in his right foot. Each step he takes is filled with discomfort, and bending his foot has become a significant struggle. Once an active man, Nadeem now finds it difficult to perform even the simplest daily tasks. Concerned about his worsening condition, he finally consulted a doctor. After thorough tests and an X-ray, the doctor diagnosed him with a Tendoachilles rupture and advised repair of the right Achilles Tendon. However, Nadeem is unable to pay for his surgery.

Nadeem’s work as a railway employee has become increasingly challenging, as standing for long hours and moving around causes unbearable pain. If his condition is left untreated, it may lead to scar tissue development, which can cause reduced mobility and further complications.

Nadeem lives in a railway quarter with his wife and six children. With six young children who are still studying, the financial burden on his shoulders is already immense. Their educational expenses alone amount to PKR 10,000 per month, and the family is struggling under a heavy loan of PKR 400,000. Nadeem earns just PKR 40,000 per month, which is insufficient to make ends meet. During this time of need, Nadeem contacted Transparent Hands and asked for help.

With a heavy heart, Nadeem shared his fears as follows:

“I have spent years bearing this pain, hoping it would get better. But now, I can barely walk and work properly. I just want to get rid of this condition. Please help me get this surgery so I can stand on my feet again and have a healthy life.”

Nadeem’s future depends on your generosity. With your support, he can receive the treatment that will enable him to regain his mobility and continue supporting his family. Let’s join hands to ease his pain and restore his ability to walk.

Come forward and give Nadeem a chance to stand and walk without pain.
