Irum Mumtaz, a 32-year-old woman from Karachi, is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her third child. In the 37th week of her pregnancy, she hoped for a safe and smooth delivery. During a recent check-up, the doctors informed her that she must undergo a C-section due to her history of one C-section.
