26 years old Sidra was diagnosed with multinodular goiter, lump on the front of her neck around 3 years ago. Initially, her disease didn’t bother her much and the pain was relieved from medicines but now, even medicines are not affecting her body positively. She feels difficulty in breathing, swallowing along with frequent headache and pain in facial muscles. She cannot even eat often as the food gets stuck in her throat.

The doctor has recommended her to undergo surgery to remove the lump as it’s increasing in size with each passing day. Unfortunately, Sidra’s family cannot afford to pay for her surgical treatment. Her husband works as a daily wage laborer earning only around 20,000 PKR a month. They are left with nothing by the end of the month after paying their house rent, expenses and other costs. They cannot arrange money for Sidra’s surgery.
