Donate to Save Zoha’s Heart
Zoha Abubaker's Story
Zoha Abubakar is an orphan who was born with deadly heart disease. The doctor has advised her to undergo open-heart surgery, but her mother cannot afford the surgical expenses due to financial constraints. Her helpless mother has reached out to us after exhausting all other options. Donate to save Zoha’s heart and add many years to her life.
One-year-old Zoha Abubakar, a resident of Lahore, has been suffering from shortness of breath, nausea, and vomiting. She was also unable to gain weight. Upon consultation, she was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot, a congenital defect affecting normal blood flow through the heart. Her mother came to know about her condition recently. The doctor advised open-heart surgery for total correction after angiography.
She lives with her mother in a rented house. Her father passed away a while ago. They have no source of income and receive PKR 20,000 as support. Due to financial constraints, her mother cannot afford to pay for this costly surgery. Zoha’s mother is concerned about her health as she is not gaining weight and growing slowly. She cannot play like other children of the same age. Her mother is losing hope day by day. Her mother said in a depressed tone:
“She is not gaining weight. She feels nauseated and weak all day long. She doesn’t have enough energy to play. She is my only child. I just want to see her healthy, but my financial constraints won’t allow me to pay for the treatment she needs. I am hopeful that your support will help my daughter overcome this heart disease and live her life to the fullest. “
One of their relatives told them about Transparent Hands, and we have registered her case. We have promised her mother that we will provide her with the best treatment. Please support her open-heart surgery to give her the gift of a bright future. Donate to save Zoha’s heart!
