Bushra Bibi's Story
32-year-old Bushra Bibi of Khanewal has approached Transparent Hands for help with her C-section surgery. She is pregnant with her fourth baby and is due in just a matter of a few weeks. But despite the impending delivery date, she and her family have not been able to arrange for the medical costs of the operation.
Bushra lives with her husband and children in a small house in Mian Channu. Her husband is a farmer for a landowner and gets daily wages worth 400 PKR. This brings his monthly income to around 12000 PKR, which isn’t even enough to put two meals on the table let alone pay for Bushra’s surgery. This is why after finding out about Transparent Hands, Bushra contacted us for help.

Bushra Bibi's Story
Bushra Bibi, 32 years old, was advised a lower segment Caesarean section by her gynaecologist for her fourth pregnancy. She was admitted in Abid hospital and the procedure was performed by Dr. Sadaf Aqeel on 22.10.2020. Bushra gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. She stayed in the hospital for two days and was discharged in a stable condition. Both, Bushra and her baby girl are in perfect health.
