Donate for Philips’s Ileostomy Reversal
Philips Masih's Story
Before you dive into the gory details of Philips’s ailment, we want you to know that only your donations can help him get rid of it. Please donate for Philips’s ileostomy reversal and help us provide relief to him.
When Philips was eight years old, he acquired typhoid perforation after a high fever and abdominal pain. It is a complication of typhoid fever that causes leakage of intestinal contents into the abdomen. To save him severe infection, the doctors performed an ileostomy. Now, Philips has turned ten years old. Naturally, he will have to undergo an ileostomy reversal surgery. Ileostomy reversal is a surgery that will restore Philips’s bowel movements to normal. Therefore, we urge you to donate for Philips’s ileostomy reversal to ease his life.
“The day of Philips’s surgery was the scariest day of my life. He had been sick for so long. I genuinely thought I was going to lose my son. I cannot thank God enough for His mercy on us. Now, my son needs one last surgery, and then he will be completely recovered. Transparent Hands has brought a lot of hope into our lives.” -Philips Masih’s Mother.
Both of Philips’s parents work in a local brick kiln. Despite their hard work, they are hardly able to earn PKR 16000 per month. In the rising inflation and rising household expenses, they cannot arrange for their son’s surgery.
At last, Philips’s parents have registered his case with Transparent Hands. We are determined to get him healthy and back on his feet as soon as possible. But, it would not be possible without your donations, however small they may be. Please donate for Philips’s ileostomy reversal and help us ease his life.
Please Note: In certain situations, we proceed with the patient's surgery/medical procedure despite incomplete funding displayed on the website. Following the surgery/medical procedure, we persist in collecting funds and maintain the campaign on the website until funding is secured in full.
