Thirty years old Badar un Nisa has been suffering from severe backache and leg pains for the last six months. After consultation, the doctor advised her some medication for pain relief. However, the medicines failed to provide substantial relief, and the pain increased to a point of no return. 

Now, the doctor has advised her to undergo an MRI for diagnosis. An MRI scan uses magnets and radio waves to capture images inside your body without invasive measures. The scan allows the doctor to see the soft tissue of the body, like muscles and organs, in addition to your bones. A lumbar MRI specifically examines the lumbar section of the spine.

Unfortunately, Badar un Nisa cannot afford the hefty cost of an MRI. Due to her underprivileged background, Badar un Nisa cannot arrange for her MRI. Financially, Nisa is dependent on her father. Her father works as a labourer and hardly earns PKR 15000 per month. Badar un Nisa told us:
