For the last two months, seventy years old Nazar Muhammad is suffering from recurrent chest pain. After angiography, he is diagnosed to have been suffering from TVCAD. Triple vessel coronary artery disease (TVCAD) is an aggravated form of IHD that develops when the key vessels supplying blood to the heart get blocked. Now, the doctors have advised Nazar Muhammad to undergo a CABG surgery. CABG refers to coronary artery bypass grafting, a surgical procedure to graft new vessels and bypass the aforementioned blockage. While a CABG improves the quality of life of a cardiac patient, it is an expensive surgical procedure nevertheless.
Unfortunately, Nazar Muhammad cannot afford the hefty expenses of his surgery. Due to his withering old age, Nazar Muhammad has been out of work. Therefore, he is financially dependent on his son, who is the sole earner of the family. He works at a private company and hardly earns PKR 10,000 per month. With this income, he is raising a family of eleven members. Therefore, he is in no position to arrange his father’s surgery. Nazar Muhammad told us:
“I still cannot forget the day I started feeling chest pain. I thought I was dying. Slowly the pain radiated to my jaw and arms. I could not hold my ground. It still is the worst day of my life. I hope better days come. Hope is all I have.”
Therefore, after a lot of distress, Nazar Muhammad has registered her case with Transparent Hands. We wish to get him rid of the life-threatening disease that engulfs his life. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Nazar Muhammad’s CABG as much as you can. Donate now!
Please Note: In certain situations, we proceed with the patient's surgery/medical procedure despite incomplete funding displayed on the website. Following the surgery/medical procedure, we persist in collecting funds and maintain the campaign on the website until funding is secured in full. Hospitals have granted us a grace period for bill payment.
