Financial limitations can turn happy occasions into ones filled with fear and uncertainty. Iram Hidayat is awaiting the birth of her baby. But, she does not have the means to arrange for her C-section. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Iram Hidayat’s C-section as much as you can.
Twenty-nine years old Iram Hidayat is currently pregnant for the second time. In her last pregnancy, due to some complications regarding twin birth, the gynaecologist advised her to undergo a C-section. Therefore, Iram underwent a C-section to deliver her baby. Now, to avoid any complications, the gynaecologist has advised her to undergo a C-section again. Without C-section, Iram and her unborn baby’s life will stay constantly compromised.
Unfortunately, Iram and her husband cannot afford the hefty cost of a C-section. Her husband is the sole earner of the family. He works as a labourer and hardly earns PKR 18000 per month. In this measly income, it is impossible for him to arrange for an expensive medical procedure as well as raise a family of six individuals. Iram told us:
“We were over the moon when we found out that we are pregnant for the second time. We could not wait to welcome a new baby into our family. The excitement sort of died down when the lady doctor told us that I would have to undergo a C-section because there is no way we can arrange that. Whoever is reading this, please help us.”

Iram Hidayat's Story
Iram Hidayat Naeem, aged 29 years, a resident of Lahore conceived for the second time. Previously, she had a C-section done because she had to deliver twins. Now, due to some pregnancy related issues she was advised to go for a lower segment cesarean at 28 weeks of her pregnancy. To avoid any risks and complications and deliver her baby safely, Iram was sent to Lahore Care Hospital on 17-06-21 for her LSCS. The surgery was performed by Prof. Dr. Rakshanda Toheed. A healthy baby girl was born. Both Iram and her daughter were discharged after two days of hospital stay.
