Hamza Hassan was born with a serious heart defect. It is a deadly heart disease that requires cardiac surgery. He is a little child with many unfulfilled dreams. He is too delicate and fragile to express his pain. His family is unable to afford the hefty cost of this major surgery. We urge you to donate for Hamza’s Open-Heart Surgery. Two-year-old Hamza, a resident of Buner, KPK, suffers from shortness of breath and cyanosis. He is also unable to gain weight. His parents learned about his condition when he was one year old. They took him to the local hospital. After the diagnostic tests and evaluation, he was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). This birth defect of the heart is usually described by a combination of four anatomical abnormalities of the heart. Only Open-Heart surgery can save the lives of patients who have this condition. The cardiac surgeon advised him to undergo Open-Heart Surgery for Total Correction after Angiography.

He lives in a small house with his parents and five siblings. His father is the sole earner in the family. He works as a driver and earns just PKR 25,000 per month. He has no other source of income. He cannot afford the hefty cost of his son’s Open-Heart surgery. His father expressed his helplessness in the following words:

“My little child struggles physically, mentally, and emotionally each day due to his heart defect. I feel helpless because I am unable to raise funds for his cardiac surgery. I request you to donate as much as possible so that my child’s heart can be saved.”

Hamza Hassan 's Story

Hamza, a two-year-old resident of Buner, KPK, had been experiencing shortness of breath and cyanosis. After undergoing diagnostic tests and evaluations, he was diagnosed with tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). The doctor recommended total correction through open-heart surgery after angiography. Hamza was admitted to Ittefaq Hospital in Lahore, where Dr. Asim successfully performed the surgery on 15-12-2022.
