Donate for Ameer’s MRI
Ameer Aslam's Story
Before you proceed to read the gory details of Ameer Aslam’s ailment, please know that your help can relieve his pain. Your donations will help Ameer Aslam get the right diagnosis for his pain. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Ameer’s MRI as much as you can.
Fifty-seven years old Ameer Aslam has been suffering from severe backache for the last seven months. At first, he ignored it, considering it as a sign of exertion in old age. Later, the pain became unbearable and medicines failed to provide any relief. Upon consultation, the doctor has advised Ameer Aslam to undergo a lumbar MRI. An MRI scan uses magnets and radio waves to capture images inside your body without invasive measures. The scan allows the doctor to see the soft tissue of the body, like muscles and organs, in addition to your bones. A lumbar MRI specifically examines the lumbar section of the spine. Ameer needs the MRI to get the right diagnosis for his pain.
Unfortunately, Ameer cannot afford the cost of an MRI. Due to his deteriorating health, he has been out of work. He is financially dependent on his two sons who work as labourers and hardly earn their livings. Ameer Aslam visited us in our medical camp in Chakwal. He could not believe his ears when we told him that we would arrange his MRI for free. He said to us that:
“My son told me that some organization has organized a medical camp in our area. They told me that they would arrange my MRI for free. I cannot believe it. It seems as if God has sent angels from sky to earth.”
In our Chakwal medical camp, Ameer Aslam registered his case with Transparent Hands. We have assured him that we would arrange his treatment as soon as possible. Now, all we need is your help. Please donate for Ameer’s MRI so he can get on with his normal way of life.
Please Note: In certain situations, we proceed with the patient's surgery/medical procedure despite incomplete funding displayed on the website. Following the surgery/medical procedure, we persist in collecting funds and maintain the campaign on the website until funding is secured in full. Hospitals have granted us a grace period for bill payment.
