Attia Parveen, thirty-three years old, living in Rawalpindi, is expecting her third child. Due to multiple child births through emergency Cesarean Section Surgeries, the Gynaecologist has advised Noreen to undergo an Elective Lower Segment Cesarean Section Surgery to avoid any risks and complications considering her previous medical history.

Attia’s husband works in a private company and is the only earner in the family. With a family of seven to raise, and this monthly income, he is hardly managing to put food on table and having difficulty providing his family with the basic necessities. In these dark and helpless circumstances, it is impossible for her husband to be able to arrange the amount of her procedure.
