Abu Bakar Awaits VSD Closure Surgery

Abu Bakar's Story
Abu Bakar, a 13-year-old boy from Charsadda, KPK, has been facing serious health challenges since birth. He experiences shortness of breath and repeated respiratory infections. Abu Bakar is unable to gain proper weight, and any mild to moderate physical activity leaves him gasping for air. Recently, his parents took him to a local hospital and consulted a doctor. After performing a thorough examination, the doctor diagnosed Abu Bakar with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) and severe Aortic Regurgitation (AR). These are heart complications that affect the flow of oxygenated blood in the body. To save his life, the doctor has advised VSD closure surgery. Unfortunately, the cost of the surgery is out of his family’s reach.
Without this life-saving heart surgery, his condition would continue to deteriorate. It can put his life at risk and may lead to complications like heart failure.
Abu Bakar lives in a modest rented home with his nine family members. His father, the sole breadwinner in the family, works as a laborer in Saudi Arabia and brings in just PKR 40,000 per month. This income barely covers their house rent of PKR 12,000 in addition to the utility bills of PKR 2000 and children’s school fees of PKR 3000. The family faces financial constraints and hardly makes ends meet. Furthermore, a staggering loan of PKR 300,00 adds to their financial hardships. Abu Bakar’s life-changing surgery is expensive, and they can’t afford it.
Abu Bakar’s mother said in despair:
“For a long time, Abu Bakar has been battling with heart complications. I can’t see him in this condition anymore. He just wants relief now. Your kindness can help him achieve a life without constant suffering. Kindly donate for his much-needed heart surgery.”
Abu Bakar’s life will change after VSD closure surgery. Your assistance would be invaluable in helping him regain strength and cherish each moment.
Open your hearts and support Abu Bakar’s surgery.
