Free Medical Camp in Lahore sponsored by Mitsubishi Corporation Pakistan and Noor Medicare Hospital
Transparent Hands organized a free medical camp on 27th November 2018 at Noor Medicare Hospital, Ferozpur Road, Lahore. The camp was organized by Transparent Hands with the collaboration of Mitsubishi Corporation Pakistan and Noor Medicare Hospital, Lahore.
In the medical camp sponsored by Mitsubishi Corporation Pakistan and Noor Medicare Hospital, 644 patients were checked free of cost. They were also given free medicines as prescribed by doctors. In this medical camp, Hope Uplift Foundation also provided free lab test facilities to the patients, including Ultrasound, LFTs, CBC, Hepatitis, Diabetic, and other tests as needed.
We found out that most of the patients in the medical camp were suffering from skin allergy diseases including skin rashes and itching. Other patients were suffering from diseases such as chest infection, muscular & joint pain, seasonal fever & flu, gastrointestinal diseases, and many more.
Our team comprising of 24 members managed this medical camp successfully. The team included 7 doctors, 4 pharmacists/dispensers, 2 phlebotomists, 2 supervisors, 1 photographer, 3 patient registration persons, and 5 helpers. The camp has successfully created an impact in the lives of 644 patients living near Noor Medicare Hospital and surrounding areas. We look forward to organizing many such camps to facilitate the poor and deserving patients of Pakistan.
