Change Many Lives Through Our Free Medical Camp in Jehlum
Transparent Hands is committed to providing quality healthcare to thousands of needy patients by arranging free medical camps annually. This time, we plan to hold a free medical camp and preventive health care session in Jehlum. Many low-income communities in this region struggle with inadequate health infrastructure, and essential medical services are often out of reach. We will provide free medical check-ups, diagnostic tests, and medications to deserving patients.
Challenges
In Jehlum, access to quality healthcare is limited for the poor and needy. Private hospital treatments are often too expensive, while public hospitals are frequently overburdened, leading to delays in treatment and worsening health conditions. The few local hospitals available cannot adequately address the widespread issues, including hypertension, diabetes, gastrointestinal problems, and common diseases among children like acute respiratory infections, fevers, scabies, and diarrhea.
Solution
To improve the quality of life for needy patients in Jehlum, we are organizing a free medical camp. This initiative will play a crucial role in preventing diseases and bringing healthcare services to those who cannot otherwise afford them. Our dedicated medical team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and volunteers will offer the following free medical services:
- General Check-Ups
- Gynecology Check-Ups
- Blood Pressure Check-Ups
- Uric Acid Tests
- Cholesterol Tests
- Hepatitis B & C Screenings
- BSR (Blood Sugar) Tests
- Ultrasound Scans
- Preventive Healthcare Session
- Registration of Deserving Surgical/Medical Procedure Cases
Preventive Healthcare Session
To educate attendees on the prevention and management of common diseases in Jehlum, our medical experts will conduct a preventive healthcare session. This session will promote healthy lifestyle choices and reduce the incidence of these diseases.
