Transparent Hands, with the sponsorship of Packages Foundation, organized a free medical camp and preventive healthcare session at Nawab Palace Marriage Hall, Okara. The primary objective of this camp held on February 21, 2025, was to provide essential medical assistance to the underprivileged community of Okara.

Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests:

A total of 356 deserving patients received free consultations from our expert doctors. Along with consultations, the patients were provided with free medicines and underwent various diagnostic tests including:

  •       Diabetes tests
  •       Uric acid tests
  •       Hepatitis B and C screenings  
  •       Cholesterol tests
  •       Blood pressure checkups
  •       Ultrasound scans

  •       Diabetes and high blood pressure
  •       Abdominal pain, diarrhea, and acidity

Preventive Healthcare Session

In addition to the medical services, one of our expert doctors held a preventive healthcare session to educate the attendees about hypertension.

Impact

This free medical camp made a significant impact on the lives of 356 deserving patients. It brought quality healthcare to underprivileged individuals who struggled to access medical treatment. The camp provided free check-ups, essential medications, and diagnostic tests, ensuring that patients received timely medical attention. Many individuals who had been suffering due to financial constraints, were able to consult experienced doctors and gain valuable health advice. 

Families benefited from a preventive healthcare session that focused on the importance of hygiene and sanitation, enabling them to make informed health decisions. Through this initiative, numerous lives were positively impacted.
