Free Medical Camp Held in Shahdara, Lahore, on August 21, 2022
Transparent Hands recently organized a free medical camp to provide quality healthcare services to patients belonging from underprivileged areas. The free medical camp was held at The Oriel School, Shahdara, Lahore, on August 21, 2022. The Cardiff also participated in the medical camp.
Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests
A total of 472 deserving patients received free consultations by our expert doctors. The patients were also provided with free medicines, face masks, sanitizers, and a wide range of diagnostic tests, including Hepatitis B & C screenings, Blood Sugar & Blood Pressure tests, and Ultrasound Scans.
Diseases and Treatments
The most common health conditions and diseases found among the patients were high blood pressure, diabetes, seasonal allergies, abnormal uric acid levels, gastrointestinal problems, bacterial infections, tuberculosis, muscular pains, weak eyesight, ENT problems, orthopedic issues, kidney stones, and Hepatitis A, B, and C. Free medicines were also given to many deserving patients. Four surgical cases were also found during the free medical camp.

The free Shahdara medical camp made a difference in the lives of 472 patients and their families. Medical Camp Team
The team for this free medical camp consisted of 23 members, including two supervisors, seven doctors (three males and four females), two pharmacists, one lab assistant, two female nurses, two patient registrars (one male and one female), one photographer, and six crew workers.
