Muhammad Taimoor will be missed
Muhammad Taimoor's Story
Muhammad Taimoor, a two-year-old resident of Kasur, was suffering from cyanosis and shortness of breath since birth. His parents took him to the hospital where, after some diagnostic tests and evaluation, he was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) along with Absent Pulmonary valve syndrome (APVS). To treat his condition, the doctor advised Open-Heart Surgery for Total Correction. For this purpose, he was admitted to the University of Lahore Teaching Hospital on 01-06-2022. His VSD patch closure was done along with Pulmonary valve reconstruction on 02-06-2022 by Dr Faiz Rasool. Postoperatively, he was shifted to ICU for invasive monitoring and Intensive care. However, despite being provided with the best medical care, he had cardiopulmonary arrest and passed away on 05-06-2022. Transparent Hands is deeply saddened. He will be dearly missed.
